Leave Timmy In The Damn Well

My front teeth are pretty normal-sized, I think, but when I picture myself in my head they are always huge.

I covet the new iPod. Remind me that mine still works and I don't need to drop $250-350 just because.

I kind of want to buy the book Skinny Bitch from iTunes because the title is GREAT, but I'm sure it doesn't have any dieting advice I haven't heard before. On the other hand, I feel like it might help keep me motivated for a while. But I'm trying to, you know, not buy stuff I don't actually need. What a novel concept.

A lot of people don't like Denise Austin's exercise videos because they think she's irritatingly perky. I get that - I do - but I'm going to go on record that I like her. She's pretty much the only exercise video person who doesn't irritate me, and when she says, "Squeeze those buttocks! You're going to look great from behind!" I feel like she means it. This is my favorite video of all time, and the VHS versions helped me drop a size back in the day when I didn't really need to drop a size. I just bought the DVD, and it's great for the following reasons:

1) Everything is broken up into 10-minute segments, so you can switch around and do however much you want.

2) They're fairly intense, so even if you just do 10 or 20 minutes you feel like you've actually done something (20 minutes most days was how I dropped that size).

3) Ten freakin' minutes. Anyone can commit to that.

I've cut back on my coffee consumption, mainly just because coffee? Is an expensive habit when you're not making it at home. Go me.

i envy large teeth (yours are not large) and when i had braces - for FIVE years - a kid once came up to me on the bus and said "do you have teeth? because on the back of the bus we all laugh at you because we thought your teeth were black." (my braces covered all my teeth.)

Save up all your coffee money and come to the uk. It's an invitation for a visit.
